Melissa Anema is the founder and owner of Sew Important, a family run business which creates personalized weighted blankets. These weighted blankets help children and others with special disabilities sleep better at night, as the weight of the blankets give a feeling of security.
With this company, Melissa is providing a very compassionate and selfless service for the community, and we wanted to illustrate that through her website.
The project for Sew Important was very simple. As the company only needed to show a few photos, tell the story, display the material selection, and feature a contact form, a one-page website was all that was needed. Designed with simplicity and confortability in mind, the Sew Important website was crafted to fit its content perfectly, and is responsive to any screen its displayed on.
Because of a "new beginning" from the website, a new identity was also quickly developed as a part of the project, along with a business card to promote her services.

Rosalie Ruwart runs her own interior design firm, R M Ruwart Design, crafting beautiful spaces using lavish materials and thoughtful arrangments which create areas that are very desirable and enticing.
The website she was using was built using Flash, which disabled mobile devices from viewing the contents. She inquired about converting the site into mobile-friendly code, however, we crafted a solution that would involve reinventing her website completely, and provding a digital interface and user experience just as inviting as her design work.
Although an extensive amount of content needed to be converted and transfered, the framework of the website was molded to fit her images and information perfectly, while also providing an interface that is new and exciting for users to navigate through.
Throughout several email threads back and forth, this website was crafted to appear seamless and distinguished on every screen it's displayed on.
Pixelove is not just in the business of producing routine and identikit websites and logos. We're all about tailoring an interface or identity to best reflect your style, and to best voice the message you want to be heard by your audience, and more.
We work with you to create something truly special, something truly extraordinary, as flipping websites isn't what we're in the market for. Rather, we exist to be artists, to be different, and to design in exactly that way.
Littleton Young Life is a non-profit organization built upon building relationships with kids through a youth group setting, but in a fun, crazy, and reimagined way.
This local branch of the international organization had just aquired a new headquarters after several years of searching for a new home, and wanted a brand to reflect the new building, as well as a website to help others learn about the story, the clubs, and the organization as a whole. This website also needed to have the ability to be changed by anybody with no experience in website design.
There were a few trials while developing this website, however the best solution was found by using WordPress for content management, and by customizing the layout for a striking appearance that truly stands out and makes a difference.
The building had discovered its identity as 'The Lift'; replicating a ski lift, while also discribing the selfless service it provides by lifting up kids. A brand was created to voice this new home exactly in this way.
